RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
(TO BE COMPLETED BY APPLICANTS, AGENTS, AND PARTICIPANTS)
The undersigned hereby agrees to participate in Prime Time Tournament Trail) [hereinafter the “Tournament”], at his or her own risk, recognizing the possible and inherent danger to his or her person or property resulting there from.
WHEREAS, the organizers of the Prime Time Tournament Trail, along with its agents, officials, and
representatives, The City of New Bern, The City of Washington, and The City of Plymouth are not liable for
any damages arising from the personal injury or property damage sustained as a result of the
undersigned's participation in the Tournament.
 He or she assumes full responsibility for any personal injury and/or damage to his or her personal
property which may occur, directly or indirectly, to include possible bodily injury or death as a
result of participation in the Tournament, including transportation to and from the Tournament.
 He or she fully and forever releases, indemnifies, and discharges the organizers of the Prime Time
Tournament Trail, along with its agents, officials and representatives, The City of New Bern, The
City of Washington, and The City of Plymouth from any and all claims, demands, damages, right of
action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known, anticipated,
unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the Tournament.
 It is the intent and agreement of the undersigned that this Release and Indemnity Agreement shall
be in full force and effect at any time after the execution thereof.
